ugh.  And that setup is availiable to me, only, much cheaper.  I should consider it.  it was.. 460 without bearings/tool.  I really should, huh.   The only thing is, that holds the same power as the Spec unit, but the spec gives better pedal feel supposedly.  The ACT was without the "xtreme" pressure plate, so only about 300ft/lbs.

You screw up a clutch install,it does not matter what brand or stage,it will feel grabby and shudder. An organic disc will fail on track if used with vigor. That is the truth. Not right away, but MUCH sooner than a ceramic/metallic disc. The sacrifice you pay for longevity is a clutch that engages with more bite.Once you are used to it,there is no problem.  I won't put anything but ceramic/metallic in my vehicles, including my tow truck. Many said it would be grabby, but I have found it to be perfect. Just like brakes..so many said race brakes would be unuseable on the street. Yea,right.  If you want smooth and soft..buy a Camry. Grin Grin

That always strikes a chord with me... but well said the rest of it.

God I hate Toyotas...

I think, due to so many issues with the Spec stuff from others, It'll be act 6puck stg 3 HD (non xtreme pp) and a fidanza.  We shall see for sure, because, as we all know,
<---- this guy likes cheap used parts.  or, cheap new parts.  Ok, this guy is cheap.
