Title: ride height on oem 17s
Post by: twinturborx7 on August 30, 2016, 10:06:30 AM
I like the lowered look on my oem 17s. I had lowering springs on my last msm, going with coilovers soon. the car is my dd and will not see any tracks. How low can you go and still align the car with a flyin miata  street alignment? My last msm was around 12.25 front and 12.75 rear, and had a stock alignment.

I would think you could go way lower than you would want and still get the FM alignment. Normally, the trade off is lower height for more camber. If you aren't concerned with getting a ton of camber, any height would work.

I think I had about -2.7 degrees at a 12.5 front ride height. You won't be able to get more than that without going lower, but less is no issue.
