I didn't like the height on the factory deadpedal so I took it out.  While that gave my left leg a lot of room, it left my foot at an awkward angle.  More room, but not comfortable.

Looking at the deadpedal, I decided I could easily shorten it a bit.   I sectioned itl by about an inch by taking out a section between the moulded ribs and screwing the two halfs back together.  Wow!  What a difference that inch makes in comfort and legroom! :-D
