It might look like that from outside, but it's not the truth. We can go with lesser suppliers - we've tried a number of others in the past - but the quality and finish of these guys are pretty much impossible to match. It's just unfortunate that a large percentage of our MSM products come from this one operation. The MSM market doesn't see the effects of our working with suppliers on a whole range of other products and you don't hear about how we manage to basically hunt down the entire US stock of some items to meet demand.
As for the dates, stop asking and you won't be disappointed. The best answer is "the parts will be here when they arrive", but nobody accepts that so we're forced to put ship dates that are, at best, a decent estimate out in front of the public. Just be patient. You're in Colorado, drop by and see us sometime and we can talk this over in person.

I think this in-patient ness goes to show the FM crew how excited we get about the parts they offer on our MSM's.... I think its kinda cool you keep us updated on what exactly you know on stock status......

I just had a quick question about the shipping process on the intakes... Will you guys be getting a full order (to get everyone's intake shipped out) at the same time, or are you going to be getting multiple smaller parts in, then ship out completed orders like a first paid, first shipped to sorta deal?

We were originally going to get one big order of 150 intakes because shipping is cheaper that way. Due to the delivery problems we're experiencing, we've changed that so that they'll be shipped to us daily as they are completed. Completed orders will then be shipped out on a first ordered, first shipped basis. First paid doesn't apply as we don't charge you until we send the parts.

Guess that means you got an email??? Hells yes Of COURSE I got the email Thats how my life works. I experience something different, I tell a few people about it, and the VERY next time that situation comes up, it goes as normal for everyone else, and I look like an idiot Im used to it by now. "Listen to this noise!" "what noise?" "grrrr it went away"
