If you want to put together a group buy for an FM product, we're introducing the new Group Buy center. It takes all the hassles out of administering the buy, and opens it up to anyone and not just a small group - making it more likely you'll reach the number of people you need!

To be honest, we've avoided group buys in the past because they can be a problem to deal with. Not anymore, here's how it works:

1. We'll announce a group buy on a certain product. The announcement will include the discount, the number of people we need to make it work and a deadline. You can keep track of the current group buys on our website.

2. If you want to join in, then you can either order the part through the website or give us a call. We'll take your payment information, but we won't charge your card. The website will be kept up to date with the number of people who are currently signed up so you can see how close we are to getting the minimum number.

3. At the end date of the buy, one of two things will happen.
* If we have the minimum number of orders, we'll charge your card and ship the parts.
* If we do not have the minimum number of orders, we'll give you the option of buying the part at the regular price or canceling the order.

Let us know if there's a certain product you'd like to see.

This sounds like a perfect opportunity for a group buy on the Hydra and injectors!  I'm in the market right now!  Anybody else?  afro

Hydras and injectors should be part of the "Annual Make Your MSM Fly Group Buy" that runs Feb - March, I think.

I have contacted FM with the proposal.  How many people here would be interested if a price break was offered (I may be jumping the gun a bit but showing enthusiasm for an idea can never hurt!)?  Smiley

The reason I proposed annual was because I don't think I'd do it until next spring, but yeah, I'm interested.

I am trying to decide if I want the 'Big Enchilada' or not. It's hard to determine if the best way to go is to buy the package straight up, or if its worth the wait to get everything individually on the group buy events. All I have right now is the basic intake. If I get the Hydra and injectors, I am going to need the throttle body inlet and DP and Exhaust and intercooler. Oh boy, this might get complicated.

Keith, don't know if this is the proper venue for discussing pricing, but what price could you offer on a group buy for your midpipe/exhaust combo that normally goes for $599?

I'd prefer not to turn this thread into a list of the potential price for every product we sell Smiley Send an email with suggested group buy products and we'll see what has the biggest interest.

Would everyone that is considering a Hydra please send an email to FM asking that it be put on the group buy list.  If they dropped the price a bit it would stimulate my economic recovery.  You could mention the 550 injectors too (since I'll want them at the same time!).  I'm not kidding!  I really want you to act!   afro
