Doing a FMII install. Sheared off two of the three manifold studs by hand. But I have my shiny new FM manifold and DP so don't really care. They are stubborn though.

I got to run my car the past two weeks with everything installed, finally. And I've been asked several times if I am building a race car. People love the sound of the exhaust and for some reason keep asking how much my car is worth, and what the price would be to build one exactly like mine. This car is a totally different car with this stuff installed.

OK - I need help.  I have my old downpipe out, but I don't know how to get the O2 sensor out!  I know this should be easy, but my 22MM wrench is too big to fit into the hole in top of the stock cat.  What do you use?  Do I need to go pick up a dedicated tool?

I ordered an O2 sensor tool from Amazon and then realized you can use a wrench once the pipe is out. I also realized I didn't need a sensor removal anything because I installed a new sensor anyway.... Why not just get a new one and wire it up per FM instructions?

Yes you use a O2 socket after you soak the threads with some Rust Buster but what he said about install a new sensor makes sense since it's probably a 12 year old sensor anyway.  You don't need an OEM unit, you can get a Bosch 1275 and follow the FM instructions, like was already posted, to install it
