Bad Bad Bad.

Completely messed up bodywork.

TOMMY the service manager lied to me that they had an in house body shop and then farmed it out to the keystone cops.

Forgot to paint a door.!!!!!!!!!

Overspray as they did not seem to mask anything.

Painted the bumper on the car, joining the airdam to bumper.

Painted my intercooler.

Painted the trunk lock cylinder.

I took it back in 5 times and each time the made it worse until I just decided to have someone else fix it.

most mazda dealers in NY are bad.  Koeppel Mazda tried to get me to pay $150 to replace a tpms sensor in my sister's mazda3, when it was under warranty.  I had to call the owner, as well as mazda north america to get them to honor warranty work on the tpms, and I still had to pay the $80 diagnostic fee, when I came in and told them it was a leaky tpms sensor.

The only good dealers I've heard of in NY is Garden City.
