Just curious, do you have 3.63 gears?
What ever is factory.

Well I removed the hydra Thursday and sent it off to Hydra to repair my WB 02 and upgrade to the 2.7. The free LTT and Flex fuel was enough to make me switch. In addition to this being a race car its also a DD so the ease of starting and a/c performance also was a factor (my 2.5 worked great though!) So Im off to find some used injectors and fuel pump to add to the ever growing list of mods. E85 power has become too tempting.

Probably before I finish that conversion I plan on installing some offset bushings to get my front camber more than 1.9  degrees. Which should help overall grip and since I have lowered my rear spring perches 2mm the car no longer oversteers like crazy. 1.9F 2.4R camber is now ready to safely change. Maybe 2.5F 2.6R? Still deciding but I need to be at least another 1-2 seconds  on the average 60 sec course to be able to switch to PAX BSP which will put me in competition for overall  Regional PAX...  Shocked . Might put the hooisers on in Jan just to open a few eyes  laugh

I have been too busy to put the hydra back in but i did get these..

Hello Camber!!!! These are isc racings offset camber delrin bushings and I can't wait to get these installed. Another trip to the awesomeness which is Westend alignment.  drivingss

Im currently camber limited in the front at 2.0 and because of that the most ill run in the back is 2.4 without backing up to too much understeer.. Im sure they will suggest 3.0 and 3.0  laugh but I do drive this everyday so maybe ill go 2.5/2.6.

installed my hydra 2.7  cheesy still working it in but i can no longer keep anything in the space below my radio as it slides right out on acceleration. the base mappin gon the 2.7 is already much more refined than my previous 2.5. After the auto fuel tuning ill get some dyno time and result up here.

Are you considering FM's Flex Fuel kit.  I'm still running the 2.6 v but moving to 2.7 would be appealing just for that option.  It would offer a pretty big power gain to run E85 or E100 while still being able to utilize pump gas.  By the way, my FCM Elites arrived yesterday.  afro

Yes... Actually I was considering just switching to E85, but apparently you never know whats in the pump e70-e90 etc. So if you tune for e85 and get e70 then BOOM..   angry9  so the flew fuel kit will interpolate the maps.  If $$ was no object then yes, but Ill probably try to put it off till summer. Also another note to price; E85 Flex fuel for me since i already have the 2.7 (with CAM LTT and Flex) is the same price or cheaper than going with meth injection and probably safer as well.

Youll be happy with the FCM's. The adjustable rebound would be nice (read; i dont have the $$) for when I hit the canyons, but the valving is a great compromise and made the car much more controllable.

Took part in my first ever road rally  cheesy

That was the fastest two hours of driving has ever gone by. I can't believe how challenging driving an average of 45mph can be. My co-driver / navigator was also a total noob as well but we grew up in the area the rally was held so we has a small advantage. With his great instructions translating what was written into something i could understand we placed well. It was the best 7 bucks I have spent in a long time and I highly recommend you all to try one if your a fan of puzzles and math. With an accidental 1 min stop we average roughly 1min 15 seconds of error over a 2 hours driving from assigned average speeds with no rally computer. 1st place  afro

Congratulations on the win.   thumup
Many moons ago my premier TSD rally also yielded a first, but I never placed again on TSD or gimmick rallys.
Oh well, they're still great fun.

Finally installed the isc bushings. Ill post up on the thread too. While I did not do the work. Westend alignment had no problem. They popped the ball joint unbolted the upper a- arm and pressed them in and out. We decided not to use the zerk fitting for various reasons among the wanting to not deform the bushing. If westend says not to then thats my recommendation as they work on more national champion cars than we have fingers and toes.

Based on my wear in the rear at 2.6 we went to 2.75 (yeah he does .05 increments lol) I was only getting about 1/32 more wear on the outside of the tire in the back. added 1/32 of rear toe for a total of 3/32. Instantly better traction out of corners (as for the slower rotation i wont know till autox) In the front we went with a conservative 2.65 degrees.
