Just be sure to weld the inner fender and outer skin back together. take your time and you can hammer the inner fender up to the skin and then tack weld it back. How are you attaching the flares?

I was going to use some screws to attach the inner fender temporarily (as shown here http://site.autokonexion.com/fender-flare-installation.html) as well as screw the flare on until i want to paint them.

Sig says suede Corbeau A4. Wow Canyon if you need to drop weight get rid of those seats. We have a set we used in the 92 Miata and they are in the BMW right now and they are so heavy it's scarey.

If you don't need the most comfortable seats for road trips I recommend the Ultrashield Rally seats. Remember if your using an aluminum seat you should have a back brace on it.
