Performance is gained a little at a time. By the next race I always have done something to go faster. This time it is a battery 10lbs lighter and an alignment.  |

First Local event in the books! 5th in Pax class and 6th overall, behind evo school instructors and Multi-Time National Champions. Not bad on 70+ run Hooisers. I would also like to announce that for the upcoming season National Champion and long time scca solo autoxer Steve Oblenes will be co-driving! I have some great things in store this season to finish up some of the more major part of the build including moving up to some adjustable shocks (I know right?), adding lightness, and finally getting a professional tune. Custom made for more travel in the rear. All spherical bearings. Front has proparts spring seat that allows for a lot of spring articulation. Torrington bearings upper and lower. All Aluminum. I saved roughly 16lbs on these shocks and top hats. And for the record being able to adjust rebound and compression from the top of the shock is the bees knees. |

Corner weight and alignment yesterday. Arggg. What a nightmare. Its soo low I can just barely make it over speed bumps without scraping after raising it up. Of course now I can dial in as much as 5.5 deg rear negative camber.... lol actually now my problem is getting rid of most of it. After lowering it I measured 3/4" of total rear toe. jeez. Finished at 2 am. Now I need to make some adjustments and massage the fenders to make sure the wheels don't hit the fenders. Hack hack hack.

That's a rediculous amount of rear camber possible! At least you can continue to hack your fenders up and adjust the flares as needed. Congrats on the A7's! My RC-1s should be here Friday and I'm excited about them as well.
