Ok so, installed it back in and the cd player doesn't work at all now.
the radio works.
also the time doesn't even show up anymore.
any thoughts? or suggestions
BTW, I got the hangers out by pliers, another set of pliers, and wiggling and lots of force.

Anything will. I literally went on ebay and bid on a $30 Pioneer unit. Then bought the little adapter from crutchfield and wired it up. Works fine with the bose amps and speakers. It's a complete farce that the bose stuff won't work without doing a boseoctomy. If the head unit is nice enough, it should compensate for the proprietary bose stuff. I was under the same impression from the miata.netters that it would not work and that is just not true.

Well plans are too go Head unit less Replace door subs Replace tweeters Replace headrest speakers So that's why i have to look through all the threads. I also measured the area behind the plate i made, and i could fit one of the mini amps back there  |
