Just wanted to pass along my story about 949 Racing.

Saw they were offering Tein coilovers at a great price and emailed Emilio with details about my car and usage. Not only did he steer me toward a cheaper alternative than I was asking about (tecnas) because he felt they were a better fit, but he also recommended sticking with the stock sways, thus losing out on a sway purchase too.

Needless to say service and advice focused on the customer is greatly appreciated!

Well... Of course they would steer you away from Teins and offer their own made coilovers?  Roll Eyes Tein suspension isn't really what it used to be. Lots of better alternatives out there. People just know the name tein and think it's good. If they maybe dropped their high prices a hundred or 2 I think it would be more appropriate.

I ordered my Tecnas in July and will install them and report back as soon as they arrive in my hands  thumup

Nope - that's for the Street FLEX for $980 shipped.  (Previously sold at $1,206.00) - I can't comment on the Tecnas but in our dealings with Emilio it's been a pleasure.
