Please help recognize the Rims - seller's info: 4x100 and 15x7 but doesn't know an offset

The offset is usually casted into the rim on the back side of the hub area.  Ask for some closeup shots of that area.

Seller found offset +38mm and it is Advanti rims

I still cannot recognize the Model to find the weight.

If someone know this model please let me know
