Good buys Matt! You will simply love the XIDAs, and the 15x9 together, better ride than stock, and handling is incomparable. Did you get them with standard top hats, or the Billet mounts? I got standard cause that was all they had at the time, I think Darkcambria said the billet mounts are harsh for street use.

Got the coaxials to get the Club Orange discount.  Car's not my daily so a little harshness for the street use should be tolerable.  I have a feeling the XIDA's by themselves will rider so much better than my 98K Bilsteins that that coaxial harshness shouldn't be an issue.

I can't say I've spoken to the streetability of billet/coaxial tophats yet, mine are about ready to go on. However, I wouldn't really base comfort level of something on my car. I'm interested to hear what somone with a comfortable seat has to say about them.

I upgraded to XIDA with 800/500 and billet tophats a few weeks ago.  I went with the Big Grip kit from 949, so poly bushings, RB sway, and I also did ES poly diff mounts and mazdaspeed motor mounts at the same time.  949 Dual Duty alignment specs.  Got the exact wheels you are looking at - 15x9 tungsten 6uls with 225/45 Rival S with the intention of swapping back and forth with the Racing Harts.  I put the wheels on for a few hundred miles before I had time to do the suspension work.  Immediately the car rode better.  Did one autocross with just tires/wheels and stock alignment.  That was not great.  After overhauling the suspension I do not regret putting the billet tophats on the car at all.  Time will tell if squeaks develop with them and the poly bushings but the feel of the car is greatly improved during everyday driving.  It is not soft, however the car is much more composed and no longer feels like it will break when you hit bumps in the road.  I am definitely more conscious of rough pavement vs. slick blacktop, however the ability to absorb things like potholes and manhole covers, etc. is impressive and better than stock.  I have now done one autocross with the new setup and the difference is as expected.  You will not be disappointed!
