Just got the news from a shop I took it to.
It's going to cost $3k to order a new one.
The car has 190k miles and although I'm ok with spending money on the car given it's mileage, this is my breaking point.
I don't plan to keep the car long enough to justify putting that much money into it.
What would you guys do?

I'm locking this post and asking you to restart it on Miata.net.  We have been asking people to put all the new posts on the new section of the forum there and only work existing posts here because the site is going Read Only in about a week.
